Administration of school -lyceum № 2 informs that by Order of Minister of education and science of Republic of Kazakhstan from 25.01.2018 №28 changes are brought in the standard of state service “Reception of documents and put in organizations of education, regardless of department subordination, for educating on the general programs of primary, basic middle, general middle education” ratified by an order of Minister of education and science of RК from April, 8, 2015 № 179.

In obedience to p. 10 of model rules of reception on educating in organizations of  education, realizing the general on-line tutorials of primary, basic middle and general middle education, ratified by Decision of Government of РК from January, 19, 2012 № 127 with made alteration by Decision of Government of РК from May, 10 2018 № 254, by organizations educations realizing the general on-line tutorials of primary education provide a reception in A-one of all children of seven years and children that is six years ago in a current calendar year, with providing access all child, resident on territory maintenance of organization education, regardless of level preparation.
In an order to act on educating in A-one, it is necessary to appeal to organizations of education with the package of the following documents:

1) statement according to an appendix 1 to the real standard;
2) a document certifying personality (required for authentication), copy
birth certificates (if a child was born  to 2008);
3) certificate health (form № 063/at, ratified by the order of carrying out duties health of Republic of Kazakhstan Minister from November, 23, 2010 № 907 “About claim of forms of primary medical documentation of organizations of health protection” (registered in Register of state registration of normative legal acts under № 6697) and form № of 026/у- 3, ratified by the order of health of Republic of Kazakhstan Minister from Junes, 24, 2003 № 469 “About claim of Instruction on filling and conduct of registration form of 026/at- 3 “Passports of health of child” (registered in Register of state registration of normative legal acts under № 2423));
4) photos of child are measuring 3х4 centimeters in an amount 2 things.
Reception of the documents indicated in this clause, from parents or other legal representatives of children, entering A-one of organizations of education, realizing the general on-line tutorials of primary education, produced from June, 1 for August, 30 of current calendar year from 9.00 to 17.30 hours with a dinner interruption from 13.00 to 14.30.
