Recommendations to officials about the actions when detecting facts of violence against children
In identifying child abuse facts officials must apply immediately a series of actions aimed at securing your child in a timely manner.
The reasons for suspicion about the fact of violence serve the following signs:
specific signs (of any character, cuts, burns, bruises, enuresis, disease, poor, tattered clothes, damage, wounds, behavioral changes, which can be linked to potential violence), indicating that the child had been subjected to violence or giving reason to believe that a child has been the victim of ill-treatment;
a statement from the person who has witnessed or is aware of violence against the child;
-symptoms, damage or behavior, evidence of abuse, but coupled with other information or evidence which give cause for concern;
-child violence against a child: a child abused with the baby or he becomes a victim of abuse by another child.
If the child is in a situation with a high risk of danger to life and health you need to call the police (call 102).
If the child requires medical examination, you must call an ambulance (call 103) or go with the baby to a nearby hospital, with subsequent notification of law enforcement and custody and care.
